(LVCC), in its continuous pursuit of excellence and integrity in education, successfully held a 2-Day Seminar on Leadership and Management last June 3 – 4, 2025, at its campuses in Caloocan City and Apalit, Pampanga. The event was attended by employees from various departments — from support staff to mid-level supervisors and institutional leaders — reflecting LVCC’s commitment to holistic development and unified organizational progress.

Strengthening Leadership and Management Across Campuses: LVCC Holds 2-Day Seminar for Staff and Leaders

The highlight of the seminar was the presence of the distinguished guest speaker, Atty. Dean Dr. John C. Titan, CPA, MIR, LLM, EMBA, JD, DBA, a multi-awarded academician, legal expert, and corporate leader whose credentials span the fields of law, business, and education. He is also the founder and owner of Titan Review and Titan Academe Global, institutions known for their excellence in professional licensure training and global academic advancement. With his vast experience both in the private and public sectors, Dr. Titan delivered powerful and insightful lectures that emphasized the fundamental principles of effective leadership, ethical management, and purpose-driven service.

Day 1, held at the Caloocan Campus, focused on foundational leadership values and the evolving roles of professionals in academic institutions. Dr. Titan emphasized that leadership is not defined merely by title or position, but by influence, vision, and accountability. Employees were challenged to adopt a proactive mindset and to lead by example, especially in an environment grounded in truth, compassion, and discipline.

Day 2, held at the Apalit, Pampanga Campus, centered on strategic management practices, conflict resolution, decision-making frameworks, and the importance of institutional alignment with core values. Breakout sessions allowed participants to engage in scenario-based discussions, encouraging collaboration and critical thinking. Dr. Titan also shared real-world case studies highlighting best practices in governance, transparency, and performance-based leadership.
